Machining working and surface treatments
In VibroPress, we are specialized in die-casting process manufacturing and we produce products for different industrial sectors. On our customers request, we can complete in-house the die-casted parts with the surface processing of sandblasting or aluminum tumbling. We also provide die-casted parts machining workings, doing them inside, or with trusted partner firms in order to provide complete ready parts to the customer, optimizing time and costs.
Sandblasting treatment
We are equipped with a special internal department; here we carry out the aluminum sandblasting treatment. This process allows the casted-parts surface roughness achievement according to the customer's requirements.
We can do the sandblasting with two different methods: carpet or tunnel; the last one represents a more refined methodology, performed to avoid that the parts could hit/touch each other.

The tumbling treatment
Tumbling is another surface processing used to remove burrs and imperfections on the surfaces of the rough parts. To realize it, a barrel is used (buratto), inside this the pieces are bumped together with some abrasive material.

Machining working
To facilitate and offer a complete service to our customer, we often address to some trusted partners in our area to carry out machine working on the parts produced by us. In this case, we perform the role of prime contractor, coordinating the workings and managing various suppliers, delivering a product ready for final use.
